BRIGHAM CITY – Betty June Maxwell, 69, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Brigham City Hospital.
Betty was born on January 15, 1945 in Brigham City, Utah a daughter of Lila June Orme and James H. Ammons.
She graduated from Box Elder High School.
Betty married Lloyd Lee Dockstoder on June 6, 1963 in Rupert, ID. They later divorced. She then married Lance Maxwell on October 18, 1980 in Elko, NV. He died June 12, 1986. She later married Kelly Warren on May 15, 2009.
Betty was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member and had served as an officer of the Elks and Eagles Lodge. Betty enjoyed being with family, bowling, softball, camping and outdoor activities. She worked as an Executive Secretary at ATK Thiokol.
Surviving are her children: Stacey (Sonny) Burris, Brigham City; and Tricia (Brent) Yamasaki, Brigham City; 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also siblings: Juanita (Alan) Christensen, Clifton Ammons, Margie Porter, Tom (Lynn) Ammons, Jamie (Scott) Jensen, all of Brigham City; George Ammons, Salt Lake City, Robbin (Ron) Tschikof, ID, Clark Ammons, MO.
Preceded in death by her parents, brother Jim, and son Bobby.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the Mortuary. Interment will be in the Calls Fort Cemetery.
